Oolong Tea
Our Oolongs Sitting halfway between un-oxidized green and white teas and fully-oxidized black, oolong teas are sometimes referred to as semi-oxidized teas. Oolong teas are mainly grown in China and Taiwan. Their large beautiful leaves create a unique taste that is clearly reflected in the liquor.
